With PIMSY’s EHR bed management module, you’re able to track and manage your beds & rooms, as well as other resources needed for services.

Some services require the need to track and schedule beds, rooms, floors, and/or buildings. These services can range from inpatient to residential to partial hospitalization – and so on.

With PIMSY EHR bed management, you can schedule a client to reserve or check into a room. Once a client has checked in, PIMSY will automatically create your daily billable occurrence for invoicing.

Day / Weekend Pass

Sometimes, there’s a need for a client to leave for the day, night, weekend, etc – but then come back to the same room after their day / weekend pass is used. With our daily bed attendance log, you have the ability to flag the client as being out of their room (so PIMSY won’t create the daily billable occurrence), while still reserving their spot.

Easy Visual Tracking

PIMSY’s EHR bed management wizard is color coded, prohibits double booking – and it creates efficient oversight across multiple locations or buildings, if needed. This capability also includes an easy-to-use availability feature, where you can check by location or date range to see what’s available.

At a glance, you can see the real-time status of all the patient seats in your agency.
